Exciting news for the tire industry! Voting is now open for the 2024-2025 Tire Industry Association (TIA) Board of Directors, and our very own Mike Cioffi, founder of Talent Traction, is among the nominees. Mike’s dedication to transforming the tire industry’s hiring processes and his relentless pursuit of excellence make him an ideal candidate for this prestigious role.

For over two decades, Mike has made significant contributions to the industry, specializing in recruitment strategies that transform hiring processes and connect top-tier talent with leading organizations. His expertise has helped hundreds of candidates secure manager to C-Level positions across various industrial segments, including rubber, plastics, and automotive.

Mike’s journey began at a young age. His father owned a small manufacturing facility, which was a Tier 1 supplier and ISO-certified vendor for major automotive manufacturers. This early exposure ignited Mike’s passion for the industry and shaped his vision for a hyper-niche recruiting platform.

While earning his MBA from Fordham University, Mike developed the concept of Talent Traction, a platform designed to cater to the unique needs of different industries. Tire Talent, the first brand under this platform, quickly became a trusted name in the tire industry. Mike’s leadership and commitment to excellence have built a team of subject matter experts who consult with some of the most well-known names in the industry.

Mike’s work is driven by core values of resilience, excellence, ethics, and teamwork. He is committed to impacting 10,000 lives in the coming years by connecting top talent with outstanding organizations.

We encourage everyone to support Mike’s candidacy. Voting is open until September 1st. If you’re an eligible TIA member, you can cast your vote via paper ballot or online at TIA website.

The election results will be announced in mid-September. The newly elected board members will officially take office on November 4th during TIA’s annual membership meeting at the Global Tire Expo at SEMA Show in Las Vegas. Your support is crucial in helping Mike bring his expertise and vision to the TIA board.
